Problem - Bards wont clear target even when forced

I am having an issue, particularly with events like Griklor Raid where mobs "become non agro", where my bards arent switching targets with MA or clearing targets even when i force them cleared. I have 2 of them on raids so you can imagine what a pain it can be. Bard KA below and button used to clear targets below.

have you tried /backoff

/backoffCommand Usage syntax:
/backoff - Toggles Backing off on and off.
/backoff 1/on - Forces Backing off to on. This will stop all attacks.
/backoff 0/off - Forces Backing off to off. This will turn attacking back on.
Turns off attack, melee, stick, and if ReturnToCamp is set will return to camp. This is a great way to stop your puller while you need to AFK or whatever without having to pause KA, or /end. /backoff again and everything is turned back on. I.E. /bct PullerName //backoff. Or better yet: /bct ${Group.Puller} //backoff. See /setbackoff command.

I will check next time i have an opportunity.
 
make sure your MA doesnt have something targeted, otherwise you need to /backoff or mpq on.

If MA has a target then you dont have a choice but to backoff or pause. if the MA has no target telling bard to clear target should clear it
 
Noodling around, AssistAt is 99. That would cause your bards to not assist the MA if the mobs were 100. Also, DPSSkip=1 means the bard will stop doing anything when the mob reaches 1% health.

Mez section is disabled?

The distances seem pretty tight. Maybe expand MeleeDistance? It's set at 60 which seems pretty close. 100?150?

Also, see if TargetSwitching makes a difference.
