Problem - Bards mezzing 1 time

I am having an issue with bards mezzing multiple mobs. Level 65.

Scenario: I pull multiple mobs into camp, Bards 1-4 mez 1 mob and then go back to combat mode. Mobs 3-5 continue to beat down healers until enchanter locks them down. The mez will wear off if not enchanter mezzed and bards do not remez.

Possibly your PreCondition? The way you have it here, the Bard will not mez any mobs unless the Tank's current target is below Level 56.
