So my MA just died and the bard immediately began mezzing the adds. Rezzed MA, wont mezz anymore.

I'm having the same problem with my bard. My settings are all the same as the original poster except I have max mez level set to 45 since Crission's Pixie Strike only goes that high.

actually i spoke a little to soon. I noticed today that when i have melee turned off, the bard wont mez. With melee turned on, it will mez fine. So its sort of fixed
