Single target mez is not working just wondering if that is intended or am i doing somthing wrong lol this is for bard btw

MezRadius=100
MezMinLevel=1
MezMaxLevel=113
MezStopHPs=80
MezSpell=Slumber of Jembel|2
MezAESpell=Wave of Somnolence|3
or should i just use aoe mez and not worry about single target just set aoe to 2?
