Request - Balanced Sham INI

Hi ALL!

I looking to see if anyone has a nice smooth shammy INI, one that is balanced buffs during or when they can with combat innates, slows, heals and then dots?

If you have one and would share I would appreciate it!

Here is the ini I am using for my Shaman. When I started using him and testing other ini's, none of them did exactly what I wanted, which was being a competant healer AND dotting/slowing. I started tweaking this to what I liked, slowly messing with all the hp numbers and getting this to where he focusses on healing, has HoTs rolling, and DoTs if the tank is stable. He also does a good job of keeping mana throughout all of this, and that was before the addition of a Chanter to my group. Also, I don't have 2.0 or Apothic Dragon Spine Hammer, but left them in from another ini. Plan on getting those soon!

I apologize for posting an ini with some of this and some of that from others hard work, so thanks to the original creators!
