Question - Autoloot Question

I am using the Autoloot macro to loot. My question is, is there a setting that I can make all items to be put on Ignore by default instead of looting them? The reason is that I am playing on a custom server, and there are just a handful of items I would like it to loot. It takes a long time to set 99% of my loot to Ignore rather than being able to set the small amount of items to keep.

Resources all have discussion threads, but you posted in the macro section called autoloot and mq2autoloot is a plugin.

Thank you Sic, that cleared things up perfectly. I did indeed see the options but I thought maybe I was missing something because some years ago I was using plugin that I could just add to the ini file what I wanted it to loot, and would not loot anything else, but I don't recall what it was.

My confusion/error where I posted this is, my Emu version of MQ2 has no plugin for MQ2Autoloot that I can find or load in EQBC, or in the Plugin folder. I just run a .mac file located in my Macro folder, so I thought it was relevant to post here in Macro-Mania. Anyways, thanks once again for the help and I apologize for having this in the wrong area.
