AutogroupGui - interface for issuing commands used in MQ2Autogroup plugin

# AutoGroup GUI for MacroQuest

A lightweight, intuitive graphical interface that provides convenient buttons for issuing commands to the [MQ2AutoGroup](https://www.redguides.com/community/resources/mq2autogroup.2671/) plugin in EverQuest.

**Important:** This GUI is simply a command interface - it sends pre-defined commands to the MQ2AutoGroup plugin. The actual group management functionality comes from the MQ2AutoGroup plugin itself, not this GUI.

just as a followup on what we discussed elsewhere and such - "extending" a resource by means of external scripts and not extending the actual resource without a real reason is less than ideal. it has the strong potential to create two disjointed resources, and requires extra work for people giving/offering support, and puts the burden on the user to "oh i have to load this additional thing"

a settings/use panel should just be added to mq2autogroup accessed via mqsettings -> plugins -> autogroup

That's a way more technical way of explaining why i originally posted it in the original discussion thread under the plugin. I understand the reasoning, not the process. T
This project was my first working attempt at a working Lua with a gui. I typo too often and prefer to not type the commands manually if i can use a button.
I wanted to make buttons to do the commands for me but also i did not want to always have those buttons around. I could have made a new button set in Button Master and just add the set when building new autogroup setups and remove the set when done.
This was more of a "teaching myself how all this works" project than something that will drastically improve gameplay in a way that helps other too. I wanted to share my work for some feedback. I have learned a lot in the process and must commend Sic for his patience with me.
