Is anyone still having issues with AutoCleric? I just came back after a long break and I have used it in the past as my healer but now it seems slow and sluggish..and just lets group members die..as well as spamming corpses with heal.

Yeah I'm still rewriting the base code to be more user friendly. I'm going to take a look at the code and see what is happening here as I haven't had time to play to see this happening.

Autocleric still rules but there is an issue with tankid, if for any reason the tank's id changes ( zoneing, dies and comes back ) the mac tanks, cause tankid is still used in a lot of checks and sub calls and the ID wont exist anymore because it doesnt get updated.
I dont know about the rez issues and such but I had the sluggish performance and scary healing till I added some code to be sure tankid got updated if it changed.
I tend to start my mac's in one zone and port/run/zone a lot, sometimes paused sometimes not but my tankid was changing alot and I'd get invalid spawn messages and NULL messages.

Just to add what ihc385 posted. I get this error when all group members are not in the same zone so it happens a lot when I zone. The low tech fix is to restart the AutoCleric macro after zoning. Just wanted to post the actual error I get as it might help someone smarter than me with coding see what is going on. I get the following error message:

/next without matching /for
Autocleric.mac @514 (healgroup): /next gmember
Autocleric.mac @243 (main): /if (!${Me.casting.ID})
/call healgroup
The current macro has ended.

Just hope this helps in the diagnosis and thanks for such a cool program which helped a non cleric main learn to play a cleric better when I have too

group version its still decent im not complaining about that... well im trying not too. its still awesome and i love it. my problem was just mainly on raids with ETW/Lots of corpses staying there cause they took call of wild rezz ect...

Is there an older version of autocleric that you guys are using? I literally have to have a cleric merc in my group now when I never did before..ive leveled 1-105 many times using autocleric to heal the entire way..but now he only starts to heal when the tank is near 50% and will just straight up let other group members die.

group is in the 70 at the moment but like i said ive used it from 1 to 105 with no issues.

My Autocleric is working very well at the moment, what settings have you configured in the ini file, and what version are you running?

Also, one thing that I do is to restart he macro if I need to camp out the main assist or tank, which is not a great hardship, obviously a problem for those who AFK I guess!

im assuming he is using the most recent oct 31st autocleric, the same one everyone else is having problems with.

Its ... ok.. in a group setting but almost anything outside of group / aka ETW/raid. it doesnt work well.

and Throaks no, I didnt see the version prior to oct 31 on drop box.

It will start acting normal if you click on the character you want healed. but if it starts healing someone else, you have to click back. I turned autorezz off cause that just makes it go crazy.


Honestly I would wait a week for the new expansion to be released. and for the new autocleric with the new spells ect.

At this point there is no reason to send out a new autocleric just to have it not work again next week due to expansion release.
Im sure he is busy dealing with the new spells/aa's for the 3 classes he is working on.

I just now saw the November Update for autocleric.. and the targeting is fixed! dropbox never told me =(... THANK YOU SO MUCH...

just going to update the new spells and maybe that spell gem! your AWESOME, Merry Xmas

All the automac spin offs are using autosubs.inc, I know you were using auto_subs.inc. Will the other automacs continue to work if I update to the newest versions of your original macs?

Also, do we have an even tentative timeframe for a Noobhaxor AutoWarrior/AutoBard update to level 110?

I've been updating the dropbox link as I add things but I haven't done the final update. I'm still working on it though.

Closing thread - In anticipation of Official Release. Look for Pre-Release downloads on Dropbox / Dropbox link on here. Offical release will merge them with the Official Redguides compile AND release them on here.
