Up until 3 weeks ago (Pre 64bit), I could 6 box and not have any audio quality issues. Now when I get the 3rd or 4th account logged in, my audio quality degrades. The best I can describe it is that it is like slow motion audio. I've tested this without RG running and just EQ and it still happens, so I know it it's not an RG issue. This only happens when running more than 4 EQ accounts. All audio is impacted, Voice calls, music, and videos. I have a Logitech G933 headset if that helps.
