AtenCS (Bard Calm the Stones Achievement) - Bard - Calm the Stones Achievement Aten Mission TOL

Use it when you fighting Aten Ha Ra the mission, this will help your bard to mez all 4 gargs, thus to finish the achievement of "Calm the Stones".

You HAVE TO memorize you song "Slumber of the Diabo" as mez spell, spell gem order doesn't matter though.

Usage: /lua run AtenCS on your bard.

I'm going to try it, regardless, but, will this run on top of running KissAssist for Bard during mission?

Or does this need to be the only thing running on the Bard?

The Lua runs in parallel with Kissassist.

It will stop your DPS/Casting etc
Look for the Smirking Mob
Sing your Mez Spell
Resume DPS

Nice work thank you! I usually run this in chase mode, so I just made a minor mod to my copy in "ResumeDPS()" to put the bard back in chase mode, but even without that, it mezzed them all on the first try. Now if I could just figure out how to avoid all the Guardians.....

Once you get the Calm the Stones, ignore them. Just chase on, and plan your route accordingly. Easy mode.

Hello, I am running this with MQ2BARD in chase mode with the mez spell memorized as outlined. My bard appears to be slow to react or doesn't mez at all and just dps the MA target. Any tricks? We are lv 125 now so we cutt through this pretty easy and fast just missing this achievement.

just for other folks who will inevitably not read this fully, or the context of this thread.

this script uses "Slumber of the Diabo" specifically, which OP said they have memorized, the not mezzing /not mezzing etc, shouldn't be having anything to do with mq2bard. at 125 we don't use "Slumber of the Diabo" anymore because it is replaced (assuming MezST is on and there are mobs on xtarget to mez who aren't on ignore, etc)

I have a cool-down on the quest right now and will try again later today.

I have read through the thread, the gargoyles are not on ignore. This achievement is on my list to do this weekend, I will report back any more observations, was just checking in to see if there are any other compatibility items.

FYI these plugins and MQ2<class>-Luas are very strong and I am enjoying using them greatly. Only started about 3 weeks ago.

Well the script you're relying on the script and not mq2bard, so ignores and mq2bard settings here are inconsequential (should be)

Mq2bard having mezst turned on or not, shouldn't have anything to do with the script.

I would actually byos, only memorize the single spell the script uses and turn off mezst

I figured it out. I had to enable plugin MQ2TWIST. That solved it.

I now have the achievements.

Also Lua Event: atensilence works well for battling the silence feature.
