Question - Ascended Server question

I love RGMercs but i was wonmdering if there is an easy way to incorporate the extra AA skills we get from other classes on this server? Not that important overall but just curious.

Yes. You can write a custom config and even PR it.

watching this. i havent started down that path myself as im still trying to get my rgmercs to load on ascendant.

I too am on Ascendant and using RGMercs and what i'm doing (which probably is a very sucky way of doing it) is i clicked the custom button on the class tab, and going into the insertclasshere.Lua file and copying something that works similar and altering it to use whatever skill/spell/dohicky i'm wanting to use.

for example, I'm using Feral Swipe (BST aa) on my war, and i just went in and copied another aa based combat ability from the warrior line and changed Gut Punch to Feral Swipe. works well enough for me on RGM. still trying to figure out how to do it in mq2melee for when i'm actively driving but wanna be lazy.

Don't sell yourself short! That is exactly what I would advise anyone to do, and what I do myself quite often when editing configs.

Also, you can adjust some of the automation in rgmercs to be able to manually drive to the extent you want and still let it handle most combat abilities, if you choose! Search for "manual" on the options screen for a decently lengthy FAQ entry about it.
