Looks okay to me. Some mild differences in the way MQ2Rogue handles it, but overall it's not a bad INI.
i don't think the benefits of twisted chance stack well with Rogue's Fury, so I have Twisted chance set to fire once Rogue's Fury ends and I have the epic set to be used anytime it's up.
I'm of course biased and recommend giving mq2rogue a go, though it's not free. I'd be happy to let you test run it once the new build is out, alternately you can always hop onto test and try it there as it comes with the Test VV build.

I use mq2rogue from Chat...…. Definitely would recommend copying a rogue over to test and going over and using mq2rogue... you will buy it after you try it. Makes life so much easier, never have to edit anything again and with my current gear AA I am putting out around 150-300k dps every fight without burn going. GO TRY MQ2ROGUE!
