Question - Any current Recruit/RAF promotions?

Hey guys. After being together for 3 years, my wife wants me to teach her how to EQ. Going to set an account up for her, but I wasn't sure if anyone knew of any current Recruitment reward programs for DBG, or have they all been discontinued? I figured some of the people running 30+ accounts would know, if anybody.
