Works on the Team PvP servers atleast, so you can grief your own teammates.

If you /duel someone, before they cancel the duel or 1 minute goes by, you can type /targetoffensive <THEIR NAME GOES HERE> and then attack them.

I find it particularly fun to do duel someone, then once their HP is low, duel them again and then fully PK them.

Also if you duel, and you get someone to rescue you it is possible to kill with xp loss for your opponent. As an added bonus they wont be able to target you (target will deselect).
