not sure if you all know this or I could be the only one not told about super fast plat making when you sell shit!

In case you don't know it, after you get back to town and want to sell your shit and get back to killing, did you know you can open all your bags, move the shit you want to actually keep into 1 bag and leave all the vendor crap in the others and when you go to the vendor you can select the BAG and click sell and the game will prompt you to sell all the contents but not the bag! Bam! Paid!

Don't do it twice or you sell the actual bag. But what I do is stop at the bank and drop off the stuff I want to keep, like fresh meat and other things I want... then vendor, click the bag, click sell, watch the cash stack up! wootz! Can't believe I never knew this shit!

kinda nice to click a button to sell and get 1Mil plat in vendor trash - yes possible and happens all the time for my grounds and west karana guys

ok not a mill but over 800k

Lol I never knew you could do that either... then again I usually just click on vendor and then type /mac sellstuff. Then walk away to get a drink and come back to empty bags.

me too man, but now, I click and done, no more waiting to get platted!

I have about 12 toons that are completely ftp, I send them out to wherever and they solo kill shit for plat and vendor sellable stuff, mostly gems, once every few days they come back to pok sell and then get placed back out on whatever street corner in eq makes them the most plat solo..... I call these my working girls of eq...... Most of them have 8x 30 slot tradeskill bags and 2 regular 20 slot ones to maximize plat and if it aint worth 50p it gets deleted.

now I can bring them to pok, click 10 bags and click yes 10 times in under a minute I am done and back to fleecing eq of all it's plat

This is a great tip!

I think Daybreak only added it relatively recently like in 2014 or 2015, this was not possible in 1999 :).

Let me introduce you to the joys of the Ninjaloot.inc ... included in the compile.
| Commands
| Usage. Grab the item and put it on your cursor then use one of the following commands
| /lootdestroy - Mark item on cursor to Destroy in Loot.ini file
| /lootignore - Mark item on cursor to Ignore in Loot.ini file
| /lootkeep - Mark item on cursor to Keep in Loot.ini file
| /lootsell - Mark item on cursor to Sell in Loot.ini file
| /sellstuff - Target a vendor and this command will sell any item in your inventory marked sell.
| /depositstuff - Target your guildbanker and this command will deposit any item in your inventory marked keep into the guild bank.

I have those as socials and use them all the time, but selling a whole bag in 1 click is still infinitely faster!

Once you have you loot.ini defined it's not faster. There is no sorting just /mac sellstuff.

I would challenge you to a race, but I hate to make a lizard cry......

Seriously what I do is hit the bank 1st and drop off the shit I want, then click the sell contents and done.... so it is faster by about 5 minutes actually.... (if you have all 30 and 20 slot bags mostly full)

Either way I am not giving up my ninjaloot it is still a fantastic plugin, I just have 1 more tool in my plat gathering arsenal now....

Razkle clicks buttons to sell his loot. Not nearly as lazy as I thought. /disappointed

Really though, thanks for the tip. I have my bags set up so it's the stuff I have on me all the time in the first 3 bags, then the last 2 are all TS stacks so it auto-filters there, and the rest of the space is for vendor loot, so it might be faster for me to use this occasionally as well.

Ahhh, but both are right, selling on a single char, Razkle wins, but selling on 6- 10 char at same time, /mac sellstuff kills.

What if?
You had an .inc that would auto inventory items normal for the stuff you were going to sell,,,,,,, all checking your Loot.ini,
but would inventory to the "last" slot things you needed to keep. Query/count the items to keep, track them to decide what bags to Not fast sell and then fast sell the other bags.

I almost confused me and it is coming out of my brain

Example 1 fast sell all ten bags:
entire looting no "keep" items noted
fast sell all 10 bags

Example 2 fast sell some:
nearing the end of looting/farming the last bag, a bag with 10 slots has the nine slots filled
of the other nine bags, eight are full and the ninth has four items in it
you loot a keep item thus filling the tenth bag
Decision time, if the next item has the possibility of mixing a bag or if a bag has been mixed with multiple items looted goto sell routine
fast sell bags that are full then resort the remaining bags and fast sell or just sellstuff, bank items

No hill for a climber. I mean really it is just a little coding. Eh! I deliver this idea most light heartedly/headedly.
For automation sellstuff is efficient and greatly appreciated

Been using sellstuff for a very long time. Not sure why/when I started using it. Works great though once you get it going. I think way back before the advl thing, I was using it because there was instructions with the ninjaloot thingy and it posted about the mac to sell stuff and I just went from there, since the lootini was generated automatically anyways.
