Question - AFK Farming?

I may just be daft, blind, or both, but I've been reading through a lot of threads in this forum and I can't seem to find anything about how to completely automate a group. I've seen users talk about it quite a bit, but I can't seem to find a write up on how to do it. Is it something that I'll need to really sit down and figure out or can someone either give me a brief write up or point me towards the right direction for one? Same vein of though, plugins I'm also a bit lost when it comes to configuring them and overall using/activating them. Again, seems like something I probably just need to sit down and really go through to figure it out. Just figured I'd ask to see if someone could help me out or point me in the right direction. Forum overall has been a wonderful resource and has really improved my boxing experience.

Might not need saying but its always worth mentioning. Choose your afk spot carefully, somewhere out of the way, and not a hotzone or event zone. Don't tie up quest mobs. Use afk tools or GTFO.

for the sake of clarity, afk tools include the setting in your character's .ini file

AFKHelp=AFKGMAction=0 Off, 1 Pause Macro, 2 End Macro, 3 Unload MQ2, 4 Quit Game
AFKToolsOn=1
AFKGMAction=1
AFKPCRadius=150

and the GTFO referenced is a tool to minimize the probability of being reported.
