Hi, thank you for your profile. It's possible they changed the name of the ability after you did the profile, but on Third Spire of the Minstrel I believe that should be 'Fundament: Third Spire of the Minstels'. (with an added 's' at the end)

Also, at some point did they change the mez levels on bards? Not just on yours but on several others I've noticed KA being set to a MezMaxLevel that was much higher than the spells say they can do. Eg, Slumber of Kolain tells me it can only affect up to lvl98 mobs, but you have MezMaxLevel set at 115.
