I have two alts, Cleric, and Shaman, they aren't much, no raid gear so I am stuck equiping them with junk gear compared to the raid shit, my only way to make them better is by the decent 7/8 augs.
Well in Ashengate, the Galvanized Guardian drops powersources and either a gimp ranger helm, or Clergyman's Stone of Purity Which is pretty nice because you can get 6 for your character; head arms feet wrists hands.
Now in the pit under the bridge, there are four black stone golems; Darkshard Guardians. Now there is a chance the real named will spawn, or "A Galvanized Guardian". Now here is the catch, the "A Galvanized Guardian" is a named mob, because when you see it on the map it has the # symbol in front of its name, that means there can only be one of that mob up at a time.
So here is the trick, or strat, when you get to the bridge, check whats up, Never and I mean never kill "A Galvanized Guardian" always leave that up, kill the other 3, after the first round, every time one of the three will be the actual Galvanized Guardian, and if you get lucky and not get many ranger helms, you can within a couple hours have all 6 augs for your character.
Remember never kill "A Galvanized Guardian" only kill the Darkshard Guardians, and the Galvanized Guardian.
I hopes this info saves you guys time, like it did me. The augs are nice, and well they drop powersources for the AG/FC raid gear, but that is pretty well obsolete.
Enjoy,
Milfman
