Question - 90-105 leveling ideas

Looking for a relatively ghost zone for a 92-93ish group to level up.

Grounds is out on my server, to many people.
Having trouble with the library and erad burning.
T3-T4 prove too difficult for the group.
Tosk hardly gives any xp.

So basically looking for something after Tosk but before T3 HoT that is easy to pull in and not a lot of traffic (pc's). Any tips?

although a group at that level should be pretty solid for the Sanctum Somnium giants / kobolds...

Sanctum somnium has high HP and hit hard as fuck for that level. I would go to Argath. It will be somewhat slow but consistent and you can do the breath of ryken camp for the aug.
