Just a side note: Using notepad++'s compare feature is a good way to compare a default/fresh ini with the one you downloaded. Then you can increment in/out changes to find where the hiccups are. Note all ini's are out of the box friendly but they can get you 95% of the way most the time.

@Wammabamma Witch spell is spamming? Do you use eqbc? I thought it had some role in buffing others. Your tags were not all the same. Change all the me and ma tags to Me and MA and see what happens. Next change the check buff Also the CheckBuffsTimer is set to 10 seconds, so try added some time. Now if you are not using eqbc give it a try, then move on to more tags Melee, Caster, Class short name are valid targets flags. Try marking the rebuff as 0. However i must say that my cleric is the master at screwing up buffs, so for you i think there are command for kissasssit that will will let you tell your cleric to cast his buffs even if there turned off. Also there is a way of wording a macro that will make him cast a buff on a target that will even have him load it if its not in a gem. So change tags, adding more tags, using eqbc, adding time to check buffs timer (in seconds) and turning of the rebuff. Lastly is find some one that can write conditions. if you read enough you can kind of get an idea of what is possible, but writing this is another matter. i think the following conditions are kind of what you need to look for. ! is some kind of argument and $ says factor, so it factors and then ! looks at the result and yea or nay.
