Problem - 6 Man Box team, 1 toon always lags on follow

I run 6 toons and use EQBCSeqmule. All toons work great on follow but its always the last toon that will always lag way behind. Doesn't matter what zone and it happens with or without KA running. I also use /plugin mq2viewport. If I run team across zone I usually have to wait awhile for last toon to arrive. Anyone have suggestions? Thanks
 
Could be background fps not updating fast enough. You could try mq2eqwire, no background screens are rendered for faster overall performance?

Options (alt-o) -> Display -> Advanced Options -> Max Background FPS (try like 20 or higher)
 
Is the last toon carrying too much and over encumbered! I am not sure if that is still a thing or not.

It is a bug in EQBCS. basically, the server stops sending bcaa as well as some select other bc commands to a character. For me it was always the 6th character that loads. It would still get bct direct commands, but not the group ones. I switched to dannet because of this. Much easier, more functionality and doesn't require a server to be running outside of game.
 
if you're using EQBCS.exe you need to set it to high priority in task manager, or just use EQBCS2.exe
 
Check your eqclient.ini. I bet you don't have the CPU affinity set for that last box. I used to have similar and found that at some point the =-1 got flipped to set the box to a specific core.
 
What should they be set to? I looked and have the following.

CPUAffinity0=0
CPUAffinity1=1
CPUAffinity2=2
CPUAffinity3=3
CPUAffinity4=0
CPUAffinity5=1
CPUAffinity6=2
CPUAffinity7=3
CPUAffinity8=0

you should set all of them to "-1" that is negative 1, and you should have 1 instance for each instance of eq you run - so if you run a 6 box crew you should have CPUAffinity0=-1 through CPUAffinity5=-1
