If you didn't see it, one of the 16th anniversary missions, Pirates of the Timorous Deep drops a great All/All aug that fits in the charm slot:
Shimmering Black Pearl
The mission itself is stupidly easy - I pulled named plus 2-3 trash with a level 105 group without wiping - so it doesn't need a guide. Named and adds only have about 2 million hit points. XP sucks ~5.5% an AA per kill with the XP bonus with the AA slider set at 90%. 10 AA's on completion.
The aug is a bonus. You need to burn down the named before he fires his cannon AE, or yank him out of the AE radius, which is visible on screen just like the POW Anniversary mission AE. If you keep him from being hit by the AE, you can loot a "Treasure Map" (if you fail it will be a "burnt treasure map"). Hand the Treasure Map to Captain Jack Aviak, and it will spawn a treasure chest placeholder. He will hand the map back. Right click on the map in your inventory, and follow the map to the chest, which will spawn when you run over the right spot (if you have /mapfilter NPC set, the PH will show on your map).
Tip to save you some time: Props to Beastdaddy in the post below: You can get your augs without a lockout by turning in the Treasure Map and looting, then dropping the instance before the final hail.
Most of the workarounds appear to be nerfed now from the commentary later in this thread. Have to do it legit now.

Ah well. lockout is only 4h it seems. We failed the first time (my noobish fault) and was able to drop it and get it again right away.
