125 Cleric for LS - Modified from an ini I acquired years ago from the library and have been updating to my needs

I only use my cleric on kissassist when healing from outside my group, so I haven't tested this a lot. Just noticed there weren't any other cleric inis for 125, so I am sharing mine.
