Question - 12 Boxing - Need 2 Tanks..

Playing on an EMU where we can box 12 toons. Ideally, I think I want to run 2 tanks. EMU caps out at lvl 70.

Any suggestions on what 2 classes to pick? SK and War seems to be ideal, but I've always had a soft spot for pallys.

Which server? The answer could vary if they have custom spells/balancing/etc. Warrior likely safe on all of them.

please post emu stuff in our emu section - which is level 2 you have more than enough redcents - so lvl 2 up

I love paladins, but EMU world, unless a modded world, would make paladin a weaker choice than War or SK. It can work, I main a paladin on EMU, my main server is Shelter of the Banned. unlimited groups there if you so wish. my 'main' is a pally, but my SK survives more than my Pal in similar situations. Paladin has always made me smile for the hero aspect, romanticized storywise, which is how I entered EQ. Took me forever and a day to 'bot'.

Shaman it can tank just about anything to 60. And it's more fun tanking with a Shaman. Seriously if you play in any danger that Pally Rez and Stun combo is pretty lethal and they make a great off tank to your Troll SK.

Haven't heard of shelter of the banned. Decent population? Boxing limits?

No limits, MQ friendly, low playerbase so there is 3 helper custom NPCs (such as for travel), but nearly standard EQ emu old world up to DoN. Most of the playerbase is likely RG peoples like me. Only major rule, don't be a jerk.
