Appreciate your work, a few comments, expanding on what VorpalChicken said.

The Below are All on the Same Timer

Aggro1=Smokeveil|50 ß Affects up to level 118 mobs

Aggro4=Smokescreen|30 ß Affects up to level 88 mobs

Aggro5=Smokeshade|35 ß Affects up to level 108 mobs

You only want one.

Same with these,

Aggro2=Bold Escape|20 : Affects up to level 118 mobs

Aggro3=Desperate Escape|40 : Affects up to level 86 mobs

Aggro6=Audacious Escape|45 : Affects up to level 108 mobs

You only want one.

I'd be tempted to set the aggro levels at 99 or 100. Basically, only want to cast these if you actually have aggro. IMO, if you cast them at 20 or 40 or 45, they’ll be down when you actually get aggro. Also, if you’re attacking the mob and get aggro and then cast smoke, you’ll immediately wake the mob on next attack. I’d drop the smoke line from your aggro as I’m not sure it is helpful. If anything, you might include in in an AOE section where if multiple mobs show up, you mez them briefly which gives a bard or enchanter time to mez or a tank time to grab aggro.

For your buffs,

Buffs3=Huntsman's Ethereal Quiver|Summon|Ethereal Arrow|200

Buffs5=Mysterious Belt of Daggers|Summon|Well Balanced Throwing Knife|200

I'm unsure why summon two types of ranged ammo. Arrows are good if you have a good ranged bow, but throwing daggers are nice in that they can proc assassination more than twice a minute (not sure if bow and arrow can proc assassination).

In your DPS line, I see

DPS13=Cozen|50

DPS26=Diversion|99

Cozen is a hate reducer. I’d probably put in in the aggro section as a replacement for the smoke line. Also, Diversion is in the same line (same timer) as Cozen. I’d remove diversion and go with the higher level, more effective ability, cozen.

I also see,

DPS12=Bushwhack|99

This ability needs to be used from when you are hidden and it’s a pre-combat, ambush style ability. So, IMO, you’ll need autohide turned on

AutoHide=1 and probably add a |ambush tag at the end, .e.g., DPS12=Bushwhack|99|ambush

You also might consider putting it toward the top of your DPS line as it should be your first move in combat if this is going to work.

You've got DPS21=Bleed|99, this is the same line as slash, which you have as DPS7=Slash|99. Take out Bleed (same timer).

There is also an entire theory on when to use and how to stack rogue discs. I learned how to play a rogue from william12 by reading the holyshits included with his incredibly well-done level 100 rogue .ini.

A decent write up (current up to ROS) is http://forums.eqfreelance.net/index.php?topic=3387.0.

Love your work. Rogue is a tricky class to get the max DPS out of.
