I'm working on this now. I don't play a shaman as a main, I just borrow one when needed. This is what I am using right this minute. I'm still trying to figure out the best heals and burn.

Thank you TAR for this Shammy ini. I'm currently using a morphed version of this.

One issue I did run into was that when I first turned it on, my Shm continuously cast Talisman of Celerity over and over. Probably due to someone in my group having it on Blocked Buffs. So I made the following change and it took care of it:

Buffs9=Talisman of Celerity|MA

may i ask why Spiritual Surge is in the DPS section instead of the heals?

I'd assume it's due to the short-ish AE range of the spell around the target. Being in the DPS section gets Surge cast with mob as target, and guarantees the MT and melee dps get hit with the heals.
