something in this INI is not loved by kiss, I tried to use it but it just spewed errors. (I'm to much of an idiot to figure out where they are to copy them here)

There are mostly Rk.II spells and lots of item clicks. Without more info, I'm guessing not having those items or Rk. II of spells was where all the errors came from.

My ranger is 100 has mostly rk 3 spells and in raid gear, I removed the missing items he doesn't have. It was something about unable to parse unknown variable NPC>mob M unknown variable macro ended.
