Lore equip fix

Previous version that added solo looting broke the lore equip message.

Full Reload

Okay now full reload works. You can edit char settings, global settings, commands, conditions, rules and they should be automatically reloaded on each character.

Semi Reload

So I've reduced reloads cleanly for some things. Editing conditions/commands/rules will auto reload on all characters in game.

Also fixed an issue with item preferences if they were using a function.

Reverted

Sadly, the autoload stuff didn't quite work. Messing with it lead to other weirdness. I'm reverting that code. It's going to take some thought.

Buy fix

Buy command would endlessly loop. Fixed it.

Bug fix

Fixed issue where yalm would crash on translating preference string when it had a comma list like "Item|10|WIZ,DRU"

Solo Looting

Now handles solo looting. You must make sure auto loot is turned off in advloot settings.

Buy Working

/yalm buy has been broken. Now working again.
