Work in Progress (YALM) Yet Another Loot Manager 0.12.7

The YALM.lua configuration file has changed a bit. You no longer need to have all the builtin categories, commands, and preferences in the file. YALM.lua will only be for what the user adds and not what needs to exist.

Also fixed a small bug where /yalm sell wasn't working with the Summon Agent AA

There was an issue with the simulate command that would fail with items that had apostrophes in the name

New item preferece Tribute. This goes along with the new command /yalm donate. This will donate all items marked as Tribute to the guild or personal tribute master. Specifying me or having the personal tribute master window open will donate to personal, and specifying guild or having the guild tribute master window open will donate to guild

Fixed an issue where /yalm guild would still try to promote items even if the guild bank was full

Implemented a check so that it's no longer possible to run multiple yalm commands at the same time.

Fixed an issue where sell command would get stuck if an item had 0 value

Fixed issue where always_loot=true wasn't working

Fixed another issue with the new simulate command

Improved performance slightly as it it was loading/reading files every loop

Give a better error message when item can't be found with /yalm simulate

Added /yalm simulate command that will either operate on an item on your cursor or a supplied item name. This will simulate looting the item so you can debug your rules.

SetItem command would work for item on cursor but was broken if you specified an item string.

Fixed an error where /yalm convert advloot would barf if an empty line was in the advloot files.
