- Add EQ cursor emulation for ImGui windows. This can be toggled in overlay settings (on by default).
When this feature is enabled, the EQ cursor and its attachments will appear over imgui windows.

- Completely revamped the autologin interface and storage
- MQ's context menu is now driven by imgui
- Added an extendable window gui to MQ
- login profiles and character management is now driven through the main gui
- removed sessions and replaced station names with single-entry profiles
- passing the profile name to /login will load the first character in the profile
- removed the autologin ini, replaced with sqlite db that can be copied across computers
- a master pass has been added to provide encryption for account passwords _only_
- the user will be prompted for a master password at first startup on a computer
- the master password will be stored locally outside of the db (in the registry)
- if the autologin plugin is running, logging in a new account will store the account name and associated characters in the database
- manually editing the server list mapping is no longer needed (it is auto detected the first time you see that server in your list)

- mq.TLO.Me.Ability is now a boolean. It returns true or false based on whether you have the ability.
- mq.TLO.Me.AbilityReady will no longer say an ability is ready if you don't have that ability.
- Added mq.TLO.Me.AbilityTimerTotal which will return the total amount of time an ability takes to refresh. This is only available while the ability is in cooldown, otherwise it returns 0. Useful for converting mq.TLO.Me.AbilityTimer into a percentage. (#823)
- mq.TLO.Me.AltCurrency now works with the singular or plural name of the currency
- plugins: GetZoneExpansionName(0) would previously return "Original EQ" but now returns "EverQuest"
