Added: check to determine if items have been received from depot for the TCN user, and also a way to get out if after a few seconds it ain't working. This should help with withdrawing from depot and waiting for something to appear on cursor.

Modifed: Tradeskill Depot to use the new mq.TLO.TradeskillDepot.DepositItem() instead of using cursor commands, don't get excited, it is still the same behavior.

Fixed: If you had nothing in the ammo slot it would not put a trophy there when swapping.

Added: The Bone Rod as a swappable item for trophy swapping, needs to be in inventory. I did this because out of all the TS, Fishing don't got no trophy.

What does it all mean, it means if you had one of these equipped as ammo it was not properly swapping for trophies from said item.
