Fixing Collection Item Dispenser claims for ToB, LS, and NoS

1. Updated to allow ToB expansion to be processed correctly so Collectible is claimed instead of Item Dispenser being returned

2. Updated zone names for ToB and NoS for certain collections so Collectible is claimed instead of Item Dispenser being returned

Known issues

1. Item Dispenser returned on collectibles with "#" in the name

   2. ToL - Basilica of Adumbration - Correspondence from Lcea Katta
2. Item Dispenser returned on collectible with quotations ""
   1. NoS - Ruines of Shadow Haven - The Unbearable Weight of Massive Teachings

These are most likely coding issues with how the macro is parsing and sending the data through for the collectibles. These will require some additional effort as I learn and update the resource.

Updated Shiny.ini to include collectibles for all expansions through "The Outer Brood" (tob) and "Year of the Darkpaw" (yodp).

Fixed some missing items/mispellings

Fixed brainfart when clicking collect.

Having just used this I put the kael drakkel fix back in, it is still 2 spaces between drakkel and collection item

Added the new collection set.

Was confused as why the YoDP (not my abbreviation!) was not in events, well it is its own category.

Said house was full when it was not, server was lagging on updates. Built in a retry/throttle on adding to house

Apparently its not supported to have the config and macro files installed in config and macro directory so here it is lets just lump it all in one directory and live with the mess
