Force taget table now puts a * Next to your forced target
Log Filter is now locked by default so that it doesnt steal focus when you are trying to use the ui and move your character at the same time.
[Targetting]
- Added ability to force targets
- you can do `/rgl forcetarget` to force your current target to be your auto target id (only for MA)
- New UI in the main panel called Force Target lets you click the name on anything in your xtarget list and force it to be the forced target
- Forced targets will call out **ForceTarget** in the RGMercs target UI.
- Upon death of the target force targetting is cleared
- Upon zoning force targetting is cleared

- Will no wait for buffs to populate before returning - in order to have as little impact on DPS as possible this is disabled for target switching.
[Named]
- Fixed a bug where zone named would return false unless you render the named UI table
- Zoned named lookups should be faster
- **Named** is displayed in the UI if you have a named target

- Added a new option DisplayManualTarget which if enabled shows your current manual target in the RGMercs UI if AutoTarget is empty. This target wil not be attacked or otherwise used but it is handy to check things like Named status of your current target.
