Utility MQ2GroundSpawns

- We will now report the locations (in x,y,z format) for the items we add to the invalid list
- "/ground invalid report" will now also spit out the locations of invalid objects (in x,y,z format)
MQ2GroundSpawns is now on the VV Emu build.
It will require you patching (zomg patching, for emu, what monsters) roughly every 31 days.
RG will likely rebuild Emu at least everytime live patch happens (and obviously any other big updates)

- Added "ignorecurrent" this allows you to manually ignore a current shiny you are going after
-- this is for times to temporarily ignore a shiny that might be behind a locked door, or otherwise one you don't want to get get.

  • - you can now "/ground spawns" to list all the ground spawns in the zone.
    • -- this makes it easier to identify what the ground spawns are called for purposes of adding it to your local/global list.
    • -- example: in Steamfont the ground spawns that you want to collect are called "Rock"
  • - accept number only entries
    • -- Users had an issue where misty thicket acorns no longer showed up as *Green Leaf, added an option for number only entries where Drop11125/123 would allow /ground add 11125, removing the Drop and information following the '/' so that you didn't need to try and add a million entries.
  • - We will now turn off GroundSpawns if we have fewer than 3 bagspaces available.
