- Added `/grind stop` and `/grind off` which perform the same as `/grind end`
- Added restriction to controls: Pause and Resume only work when they should

- Updated CWTN plugin related configuration to be enriched with a `nosave` setting
- Updated MQ2Bard related settings (for when it's available) to disable UseSelos during a Grind
