Add paths as parameters to support the launcher

- The path to the old and new directory can now be passed in as parameters.
- Updated the default path for MacroQuest to support the launcher changes

Fix write settings

Fix groupinfo and xtarinfo write settings, add ToggleConsole default and MQ2Lua as defaulted to on

Fix unquoted ini

Fixes an issue with paths with spaces when trying to update the macroquest.ini file

Add rouneq's xtarinfo/groupinfo line

-Add rouneq's xtarinfo/groupinfo line for people who had targetinfo enabled

Added ini settings

- Fixed a few wording changes
- Added an ini update so that aliases are written and IC is removed from the migrated ini
- Might take a bit longer to startup the first time now.
