Taunt is removed here, under the assumption that it has now become an 'oh-shit' ability that you fire to pull aggro off your squishies. If you're automating this, you can either enable aggro=1 in your mq2melee settings or put it back into the aggro section here, with a flag as seen in earlier levels of my warrior ini's
