Alliance Checks with Nuke enabled

Added 2 nukes to cast during a twist of whatever you specify. It will nuke as long as Covenant of Sticks and Stones is on the mob.

The 2 songs it will nuke with are:
1. Sathir's Insult
2. Tsaph's Insult

Just have them memed in any Gem slot and it will do the rest.

I can add it auto cast Covenant of Sticks and Stones if someone wants that. But really only 1 Bard on a raid needs it, so I did not do that.

Merchant interaction

Will not spam if interacting with a merchant now.

Fixed a bug that would cause it to not start properly if you were invisible when /newmelody was given.
