Unmaintained autofish.lua 2023-05-19

Will now use Hargar Brand Fishing Pail if you have one and run out of fresh fish.
This item does have a 15 minute recast, so it will delay until the item is ready again once you run out of bait.

Will now only try to forage if you have the skill
