Buy yourself a cheap raspberry pi... (need ethernet to do this the best). Install Pi-hole ( pi-hole website ) and set your router's DNS to point to that as your main dns (in return use pi hole to point to a dns of your choosing, I use 1.1.1.1 ) and alla will no longer crash, run fairly quickly...

Count me in on this one. I can tell you that Tells are included as well. I'll send maybe 4 tells in close time to each other (few seconds..) and 3 will go through but not the fourth. Oddly enough, I could re-type the tell or SHIFT+UP and send again and it still wont go through. Everything...

Good write-up. While powershell > traditional windows CLI from the DOS days (which has gotten better with w10) it still seems like MS tries to make some of the commands way more complicated then they need to be. There's also the subsystem you can install to windows if you're more of a *nix guy...

I think some way to create a dual INI for the same level of a class would be good. Such as a druid INI that is more Heal/DoT focused VS. a druid INI that is more DPS/Nuke focused. Same with a few other classes like shaman and enchanter. EX: 100 INI Druid (balanced) 100 INI Druid (Heal > DPS)...
