You shouldn't have any issues using PayPal. My accounts are in AUD (Australian dollars) and I use a Euro PayPal no problem. The issue if anything will be your credit card as the currency, country of CC and location of IP all need to match up.

I'm curious, if for example you had war/ench/clr/wiz x3, would it be worth swapping one of the wizards for a bard? I'm building that team now and wondering if adding a bard would be worth it.
