I run the LS Missions with a Ranger as a tank - so i dont see why you cant run with your team of 4. Get them Higher lvl and more AA and they will be fine.

I've found that hardware requirements changed significantly after the Dx11 patch. I've gone from 3 pc's to 4 with a combined total of 576 GB Ram and still have issues with lag causing missed emotes. The easiest solution is just add another pc to lighten the load.

It depends on what content you are trying to do. None of the group content is difficult and doesnt need raid gear...or try some of the older expansion raid gear.
