Well. What heal spell are you expecting. Is it memorized? What are your heal settings? Do you have your main tank assigned as group main assist and group main tank in your eq group window?

yeah mqsettings panel is imgui - so if you're not able to see any imgui windows, then it is all but certainly a conflicting overlay do a /mqoverlay resume and see if it gives you an error but yeah you'd want to exit eq, disable any other overlays and then reload

in that case - you likely have some conflicting overlay that makes imgui have problems. common ones are: - nahimic - xbox overlay - afterburner - overwolf - discord overlay - nvidia overlay

/mqoverlay reload that will reset all of your imgui positions if you dont want imgui windows offscreen you can turn off "enable viewports" in your /mqsettings -> Overlay settings panel
