i think most of this is possible using plugins. MQ2cast and MQ2slave. not sure how but if you read the wiki on those two plugins you might fig out a solution.

well consider Sebils, you can get gems on about 1 in 5 mobs that sells for about 50pp a pop. you can get faction for the woodi helm. nodling blue lilies sell pretty good in baz 50 - 100pp a pop. you can farm a few old school items that still sell very good like fungi tunic and tolan's darkwood...

yes, i'd like to know if there is a solution to this problem i stopped using the bard kite deal because of it. even on an ok cable connection i still die form this problem after just a few mins.
