While I think the first 2 options are valid reasons (I'd qualify for both) if it means less scams I can get behind a full blanket bans for dummy accounts. I don't use dummy/alt accounts anyways.

I think it's fine the way it is, there's plenty of easy ways for people to increase the limit(like getting verified) or becoming a bazaar member. $3/$10/year isn't too much to ask imo.

View his profile, go to visitor messages and leave him a message there, he'll still receive a notification about it. And no, Maskoi. It's actually a fairly common issue when dealing with level 1's, especially annoying when they payed and you can't contact them to deliver goods/services.
