Being booted into a windows install on a mac should allow you to use mq2 just fine, on eq live at least.

HoH has weird pathing. They did weird stuff to it when in pop a bard would pull the entire zone and chant it down for tons of aa.

the use of /stick is the biggest tell. Seeing melee that always go to the back of the mob and stay a certain distance away perfectly is a big give away

AFKing isn't really for optimum exp. It's more for safe free exp, with the lowest chance of getting dead or narced on.

Yeah, you're right Maskoi couldn't be mq2melee. I can't remember what was causing it =\ Is your shammy invis? Mercs won't do anything if their pc is invis. Try and troubleshoot it without anything running, just plain out EQ. Have the shammy with the tank sit somewhere, no macros no nothing...

I remember having mq2melee mess with my merc assist before. If the person with the merc out is set as a puller MQ2melee would put the merc into passive mode untill you engaged in melee combat. Check on that.

Sigh. EQ2 was such a huge disappointment. I played it for a bit and it was an Ok enough game, but it wasn't everquest. From these videos I see at best a Rift/GW clone. I'll probably give it a shot. My bet is it'll just be a f2p cash grab.
