There is a suspension/ban wave happening. We don't know why. Please keep regular discussion to Suspension MegaThread and please consider submitting a Suspension report to RG.
My sincere apologies! For some reason, the tank in my current crew had map settings for height filter set to 25 both high and low... increasing them to 50 has brought the moving storms back onto the map.
I've noticed since my last update of MQ that the roaming storms are no longer showing up on the map in the group mission, did something change with that? I've played a little with the INI settings, but to no avail...
For achieving the "Unfocused" challenge I set up some MQ2Events on one character, and I am sure this can be done with a LEM, but I went with the method I best understood....

Repeatedly getting this error on my bard while attempting to dungeon crawl through Labyrinth of Spite this evening...
She starts the mez song, then the error and pause hits, I unpause and it just repeats till there is only one mob left in camp.
Edit: Further experimenting this happens with...
And yes, that's how I stop it, I am more concerned that it's affecting group members NOT in the same zone, I don't recall having this as a problem till recently...
I've noticed lately (not sure if just since last patch), that when using the "Follow Me" button, group members in other zones are taking off running. Example, during the Shar'Drahn mission and I press the "Follow Me" button to get the rest of the crew off the edge from moving to a Storm Call...
/switchnow is a command you would issue during an encounter with multiple targets
my hotkeys on my tanks, and utilizing EQBC are
/bcga //switchnow 0 for immediate switching
/bcga //switchnow 1 ${Target.ID} for switching and locking on my current target
and you do need TargetSwitchingOn=1 in...
Try using the /switchnow command,
/switchnow 0 should be good if they just aren't switching fast enough,
/switchnow 1 ${Target.ID} will have them switch and HOLD that target even if your MA switches to another target
