I use ISBoxer. After the patch, for each character I had to type in the password manually, then click the profile button to select for each account. Once that was complete, I am able to log in as before using my ISBoxer profiles.

Using with ISBoxer requires a different configuration. In the mq2autologin.ini, use these settings: UseStationNamesInsteadofSessions=1 UseMQ2Login=0 Then make sure there are entries for each account. When you fire up the ISBoxer group, the plugin will take care of logging the toons in.

The plugins only look at player characters for buffs.
