I tried to drive with my bard and kept giving myself headaches. As soon as I switched my driver to the tank, everything was so much easier.

A slow offhander would still be good for dw war? I have been using the lifetap proc 1hs because i didn't think a slow offhand would be that good. DPS and agro def seem fine with the setup i have been using. Would it be noticeable difference to switch?

I have been hording all the extras on my tank to try and figure out what ones would eventually be the best. I don't have access to the previous ones and only have the cloak. Trying to make sure i run the best 3. Right now i have been using Ventral, Defending and Devotee's Stealth.

I don't have ToV earring or any other evolvers, just the new cloak at max for group content.
