Tribute is pretty good for anyone that casts DoTs, or non-instant casted detrimental spells. The Detrimental spell haste tribute is 33%, while the best raid focus is 23% (if the duration of the detriment is over 30s, and the base cast time is at or above 3s) The DoT mana pres tribute is 23%...

If you're tanking raids, I'd probably recommend using the balanced stat augs at this point. hStr gives the best AC returns when shielded. hAgi gives the best AC non shielded, but the formulas I've seen dont look impactful considering the imagined attack values of modern raids. hDex is the best...

The only benefit you get from cleave is the +38dmg/hit. I'm going to stick with dimensional pants because they're way cheaper/easier to make. If you really want to deck your pet out, toss it some merc gear, full sets of visibles, and a tradeable powersource... just never give it a cloak.
